The Sunday Reset is a program designed to help girls aged 11-13 years to prepare for the busy week ahead. It is an opportunity to slow down, reflect and connect with themselves and others in a supportive environment. Girls are under a lot of pressure these days-through art, mindfulness, and positive psychology activities, participants will build confidence, develop coping tools, and learn to express emotions in healthy ways, setting themselves up for a successful week ahead.

The theme/focus for each week is as follows:

Week 1: Exploring ways to tell our story (Journaling & Self-Expression)

Week 2: Listening to our inner voice (Mind-Body Connection)

Week 3: Tools for Tough Moments (Building Coping Skills)

Week 4: Who am I? What matters to me? (Identity & Values)

Week 5: Celebrating what makes us shine (Character Strengths & Healthy Friendships)

Week 6: Looking Ahead with Confidence (Vision & Goal-Setting)

Jillian Gabel, Artist, Creativity Coach and Founder of The Creative Haven & Jillian G Creativity

Ashley McCune, Recreation Therapist, with over 20 years experience working with children and adolescents in mental health
